Answer : USA

The world’s most accurate atomic clock to date has been built in the United States, at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Boulder, Colorado.

To recap:

• This state-of-the-art atomic clock surpasses previous optical clocks—including those using strontium atoms (JILA/NIST)—in terms of precision, stability, and absolute accuracy.

• Its extraordinary performance places it at the very forefront of global metrology efforts, contributing to future redefinitions of the second and enabling breakthroughs in geodesy, quantum physics, and fundamental science.
